This refund/exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Once an order has been placed, changes are generally not possible. If you need to add items, please place a new order.

📌 Please have your order number and order date ready. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you will need to follow our Returns Procedure below.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, we offer exchanges or credit notes, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Return Window: 14 days from purchase with a valid receipt.
• Refunds: Product costs only; postage charges are non-refundable.
• Condition: Items must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
• Faulty Items: If returned after 14 days, a partial refund may apply, depending on usage. Items returned after 6 months (or 12 months for electrical products) are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Return Shipping Costs

✅ Postage will only be refunded if:

• You received an incorrect item.
• The product was faulty upon arrival.

❌ Postage will NOT be refunded if:

• The item was unwanted.
• The return is due to a change of mind.

Note: Items damaged in return transit due to poor packaging may qualify for only a partial refund at McGorisks Pharmacy’s discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

🚫 Personal Care Items:

• Pierced earrings & body jewelry
• Hair accessories (unless unopened with tags intact)
• Hair extensions
• Support stockings, underwear, and similar garments

🚫 Food & Health Products:

• Baby formula
• Medicines

🚫 Electronics & Gift Cards:

• Digital cameras, laptops, tablets, and IT products
• McGorisks Pharmacy gift cards

Sale, clearance, or end-of-line items are non-returnable unless faulty.

 

Online Store Returns

Items purchased online can be returned to any McGorisks Pharmacy within 14 days of delivery.

• Refunds: Processed via card only (no cash refunds).
• Condition: Items must be new, in original packaging, and resaleable.
• Required: A copy of the delivery docket received with your order.
