Product Authenticity & Pricing
- We only sell 100% genuine products.
- Images & videos on the website are for illustration purposes only—actual packaging may vary.
- Prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT.
- All stock and prices are subject to availability.
Order Processing & Delivery
Check your order details carefully before submitting—once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. McGorisks Pharmacy will not provide compensation for any inconvenience caused by order errors.
Delivery Costs: Displayed at checkout before confirming payment. You may choose to cancel your order at this stage.
Weight Limits: Orders up to 20kg can be delivered or collected in-store. Orders over 20kg are available for in-store collection only. If alternative delivery is required, please contact us.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are processed at the price paid at the time of purchase. Items bought during special offers will be refunded at the discounted price.
Customer Support & Complaints
We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 7 working days, but we strive to respond as quickly as possible. Customers will be updated on all progress.
Data Protection & Security Checks
Your data is protected. We do not share your personal details with third parties unless you have explicitly given permission. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.
Security Checks: Orders may be subject to extra security verification, which may include:
- Confirmation of Credit/Debit Card details
- Verification of billing and shipping addresses
Order Cancellations: McGorisks Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any order if verification cannot be completed. Some orders may only be shipped to the billing address for security reasons—customers will be notified via email if this applies.
Stock Availability: If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative product of equal value or process a refund for the unavailable item. We are not obligated to provide additional compensation for stock shortages.
Promotions & Discounts
Buy One Get One Half Price (BOGOHP) Offer
- From time to time, we run Buy One Get One Half Price promotions on selected products.
- Products included in the promotion will be clearly marked.
- Add two eligible items to your cart, and the discount will apply automatically (the cheaper product will be half price).
- You can mix & match different products or purchase two of the same item.
- If the discount is not applied, check that both items are included in the promotion.
Discount Codes / Promo Codes cannot be applied to:
- Sale items
- Electrical products
- Cameras
- Passport photos & printing services
- OTC medicines
- Gift cards
- Baby food
- Prescription items
One Discount Code per Order: Only one promo code can be used at a time and cannot be combined with loyalty card discounts.
Account Requirement: You must be logged into your account to use a discount code.
