Paracetamol 500mg Tablets (Bluefish) provide effective relief from mild to moderate pain and fever. Each tablet contains 500mg of paracetamol, a trusted painkiller and fever reducer suitable for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over.

What It’s Used For

• Headache and migraine relief

Important Warnings

• Contains paracetamol – do not take with other paracetamol-containing products.
• Overdose may cause serious liver damage. Do not exceed the stated dose.
• If symptoms persist after 3 days for fever or 5 days for pain, consult your doctor.
• Prolonged use should only be under medical supervision.
• Only use when clearly necessary.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

• Pregnancy: If needed, can be used at the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time. Consult your doctor first.
• Breastfeeding: This product can be taken while breastfeeding. Always seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist if unsure.

Do Not Take If

• You are allergic to paracetamol or any of the other ingredients in this medicine.

Adolscents 12-15 years - 1 tablet (500mg) to be taken every 4-6 hours.
Maximum daily dose of 2-3g (4-6 tablets) in 24 hours.
Adults and Adolscents over 15 years - 1 or 2 tablets (500mg-1000mg) to be taken every 4-6 hours. Maximum daily dose of 2-3g (4-6 tablets) in 24 hours.
If the pain persists for more than 5 days or the fever lasts for more than 3 days, or gets worse or other symptoms appear, a doctor should be consulted.
The lowest effective dose should be used for the shortest time possible. The maximum daily dose must not be exceeded (3000mg).
